Our history

The city of Borås is known for textile manufacturing and fashion industry, since hundreds of years back. Here we have a unique tradition, knowledge and research that few cities in the world can match. Therefore, having headquarters and stock in the heart of this city is a given. We have developed Cavaliere since 1973 into what it is today, but our threads extend further back in history, from a legacy we continue to care for. For more than four decades, we have maintained the same devotion and passion for the craft, material and classic fashion as when our first jackets were tailored. For four decades, we have established relationships with the best stores and the most famous weavers. For four decades, we have refined production technology and developed our service.
